China Trademark Certificate Issuance before End of May
The State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People’s Republic of China announces on April 7th that certificates for all the approved trademark registration are to be issued before the end of May. Due to the lack of the specific paper material, and the issues caused by inter-departments connection, Trademark Office of China has postponed issuing trademark registration certificates for over half a year. The authority claims that all the paper material for trademark registration certificate is acquired, and relative departments have begun the certificates issuing operation. Therefore, all the certificates for approved trademark registration will be issued to the trademark registrants before the end of May.
